Hello.
I have 2 questions regarding Cisco 2821 maximum WAN speed.
1) The maximum speed achievable for cisco 2821 is 87.07 Mbps theoretical speed .( Saw this somewhere online). Question , is this full duplex? Meaning 87.07 Mbps upload and 87.07 Mbps download at the same time? Or is this half duplex speed?
2) I have an old Cisco 2821 and i would like the maximum WAN speed achievable (ethernet interface). ( Assuming no NAT , no IPSEC etc , only pure routing)? Can i safely put a 40Mbps symmetrical link on this router?
Thank you,
