Hello,

We have alot of users connected to two routers, we are planning to migrate them to newer Router. All users using static ip address. The problem is that, after we migrate all users from one router to other, the user devices (cisco routers, etc) will have old ARP Entry. The interupt to them should be as smaller as posible. Guys, i need you ideas, how I can force users to relearn ARP entries? Thanks

If your doing a migration why not just clone the mac address of the current device? Therefore the users will not see any down time.

yeah it was considered too. but the problem is that new router will have users from three old routers, so now there are three different gateways and mac addresses. So this variant is not considered any more...
