Dear Friends,
I would like to know how service provider do mpls port bandwidth provisioing for their mpls-vpn customers.for example a customer is having a last mile of 2M and want to have mpls port of 200K .what would be the config for that and where is it configured ,CE/PE?

The configuration would be done by the ISP on the PE router usually because the CE device is often administered by the Enterprise and not the ISP.
Shaping or policing would be used on the ISP PE router for that port to only allow 200K bandwidth. Usually the end customer also configures shaping on their end as well.
