MPPP or DUAL HSRP.

There are 4 T1's, Two each are terminating on 2 Cisco 2610XM routers.

HSPR is configured to provide redundancy in network. Users are facing slow response. Planning to go for MPPP, now If MPPP is configured then can we also configure DUAL HSRP.

What will be the difference? Can't only MPPP serve the purpose?

Have you investigated the cause of the slow response?

Without finding the right cause of the slow response times you are just wasting your time and money for finding a solution that may not be at all the right solution.

Without this I wouldn't want to suggest you a solution.
