Multi-tenant routing across two DCs

Hi All,

I'm looking for any advise on dynamic routing deployment.

Basically two DCs connected with two ISPs and IPSec (per ISP) between. Each DC is sort of a 3 layer design which has a border (leaf) router, spine and leaf (ToR) design with vpc between spines and ToR leafs. Boarder is different vendor. Each rack different tenant but mirror tenant on second site (DR etc)

I'm looking to deploy the underlay with OSPF with a single area on each site due to not so many routers involved.

What I'm trying to get my head around is to have core(spine) to take care of intra routing as same tenant might occupy another rack and then border to take care of internet and DC to DC or any VPN traffic.

I want the ToRs to participate in OSPF but become no BDR.

Am I think right to have core to be DR? But then what will be the border?

I welcome any suggestions for the underlay routing for possible preparation for vxlan with mp-bgp evpn.

Thanks in advance.

So I'm thinking Core and ToR level to run OSPF and then redistribute to BGP at border levels for resiliency and better route management.

Can I have an OSPF Area 0 in each DC core then? Core (OSPF-Area0) <--> Border (BGP) <--> Border (BGP) <--> Core (OSPF-Area0)

Or do I have to use different areas?

Any doc or advice appreciated.
