Hello,

We have a Cisco 2811 running IOS version 15.0M(1).  We have been noticing multiple input, frame, overrun errors on the multilink interface but none on the two serial interfaces.  I'll display some commands I issued below.  Can you tell me if this is a hardware, software or provider issue?

NY2811#sh int multilink 1

Multilink1 is up, line protocol is up

  Hardware is multilink group interface

  Description: Primary WAN link

  Internet address is x.x.x.x/30

  MTU 1500 bytes, BW 3072 Kbit/sec, DLY 20000 usec,

     reliability 255/255, txload 40/255, rxload 39/255

Encapsulation PPP, LCP Open, multilink Open

  Open: IPCP, loopback not set

  Keepalive set (10 sec)

DTR is pulsed for 2 seconds on reset

Last input 00:00:00, output never, output hang never

Can you please post the interface configurations as well for each of the serial as well as the multilink interfaces? Also, provide the output of 'show ppp multi'. Thanks.

We're clear so far.  I'll provide what you requested if the problem returns.

Sorry but the problem hasn't returned.

Hi!

I have the same problem with Multilink input errors, can you share the solution that you implemented please?
