Hi,
I would like to know if is it possible to us config multiple instances under a single OSPF process.
I mean, config multiple instances of OSPF routing over single OSPF process like the command "instance" for OSPF v3.
We know that using the VRF we can reach this task but, without using it, is it possible or has it any specific command on OSPFv2 to reach this task?.
Thanks,
Marcelo

Marcelo
I do not think that it is possible to configure multiple instances of OSPF under a single process in OSPFv2.

Well! i`m not sure abt the question u`v asked as one can have multiple OSPF instances by having multiple OSPF processes on the same router. But your question is having multiple OSPF instaces under the same process. Not sure how correct is that.
Plz Correct me if i`m wrong.
Regards,
Raees.

Hi Raees,
The second statement of your response is right: my doubts is about "multiple OSPF instances under the same process".
