MY CISCO ID(CSCO) at Netacad and Pearson Vue are not the Same

The account merge can be done by CISCO Itself, Therefore I would request you to please connect with CISCO.

I need help.

if you do not specify your existing CSCO-ID when entering a certification exam , you will end up with mutliple ID's
this cannot be solved by the cisco community (users of Cisco equipment,) , you need to contact Cisco directly to solve this

i believe the netacad and pearson VUE (cisco) are diffferent and independent login accounts.

are you booking for a cisco exam or check your cert status?

try to contact cisco cert support (CCO login required).

select certification > choose a specific topic > click 'open a case' at the bottom:
