Several things here - you are pinging internal, and Internet addresses.

Your router will have a default ID that it pings from.  If that happens to be the internal address, you won't be able to get a reply from the Internet connection - the 10.x.x.x address range is non-routable over the internet as a standard.  Try with an extended ping, and SPECIFY the 200.26.191.139 address when you try to ping externally.

Similarly, when pinging internal addresses, specify the 10. local interface address.  It's possible the internal devices don't have your router here as the default gateway, but if you SPECIFY the local interface, they don't need a formal gateway.

The other thing - are you sure all the addresses you are trying to get to actually exist?  Any chance the configuration on your router has something else that doesn't restrict these from getting through?
