My Router Cannot Booting from usb flash drive

hai, I am dika, from indonesia, i want to ask to all member in this group. i have trouble to boot from my 1841 cisco router. you have a solution for this ????

Console port setting, baud speed, is incorrect.

I ususally use prot COM1 with speed 9600
