I just wanted to know if NAT is used today mainly with PAT method, because it is more efficient than Dynamic NAT...?
If i'll go to some organization they would be probably using PAT right?

Hi
For Internet access it is quite often PAT that you will come across rather than dynamic NAT simply because of the scarcity of public addressing.
But within Enterprises where you are natting from one subnet to another using private addressing it is quite common to do dynamic NAT still.

Yes, PAT is used more because of IP address conservation. With Dynamic NAT, you need to create a pool of public addresses that matches the quantity of internal host in your network.
Often, you see the combination of PAT and dynamic NAT being used but more often you see static NAT with PAT being used.
