We are having a private lan network ,and we are using the range of 172.30.7.0/24 IP are using and we are also havin g an NAT router .can we able t0 use any other prescribed range of IP in our LAN (ie 5.5.5.0/24)with a NAT router.cud u please clear me the basic doubt?

If you are talking about prescribing some hosts outside IP address, and the rest to NAT dynamically (i.e. Using static and dynamic NAT simultaneously) please refer to this document:

As I understand ur problem, u want to use some private ips as well as some public IPs within the LAN. AM i Right?
Whats ur NAT router? If its Cisco, and if you have correctly defined ur private pool (only with 172.30.7.0/24) it will not affect ur 5.5.5.0 range and you can directly go out with the source ip range of 5.5.5.0/24 . Belive I answered ur question....
