Need help with redistribution.....

Hi all,

i am trying to configure reditribution on my MPLS router , OSPF as IGP redistrbuted into BGP and the BGP routes coming from ISP ip 172.16.16.2 into ospf. i configured the redistrbution for testing purpose its working up to some extent but when i am trying to setup a call from ip phone to remote branch i am getting only one way audio. the voice going from headoffice is reaching the remote branch phone but i can't hear any thing from remote branch.

but the call from remote branch to outside network working fine...as the calls are coming to my MPLS router and getting exit throus ITSP.

i thought this is the problem with call manager but found that its the routing issue as the outside network calls are working fine.which will come from remote branch to router R1 and get exit from there to outside.

just the problem is with the audio coming from remote branch to headoffice getting droped at MPLs router 192.168.12.5.

i am attaching the running config...

i don't know any thing about prefix list and please  can any one help.....

Test network reachability to/from phones to call manager by pinging.

I do not believe it is a routing issue but rather QoS.

VoIP needs to be prioritized

You need to mark these flows with EF assign them to a priority queue and ensure the MPLS provider is doing the same as well.

thankyou for the reply edison,

but the calls from remote branch to outside network working fine, the call flow is

ipphone----Home Office router(R2)------WAN----MPLS router(R1)-------callmanager------ipphone.

the call originating from remote ip phone have to pass through MPLS router and get exit from MPLS router(Voice gateway for headoffice and Home office) the call is fine but when i am calling from home office to headoffice ip phone the packets are getting droped.

I'm not an expert on VoIP but a quick search found these useful links:

http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/One-way+Audio

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk698/technologies_tech_note09186a008009484b.shtml

Have a read and see if it can help.

Regards,

yes , i thought that may be the problem....

but i cann't ping to remote end ip from head office pc...

i removed all restrictions from router to be able to access all netwrok but failed to ping to head office ips except the management vlan ips which is 192.168.12.0

Then you have network reachability issues.

Can you see the subnets in the router table at either end?

Meaning, do you see the Head Office subnet in the remote office and remote office subnet at the Head Office?

yes i think that too....

In head office MPLS router routing table i can see the routes of remote end i.e, 192.168.200.0 but i cannot see the routes of head office network in remote end routing table.

Head office routing table

i don't know where i am missing...please help me get rid of the issue......

This should cover reachability to all subnets:

0.0.0.0/0 is directly connected, Tunnel0

Is tunnel0 the intended egress interface?

Is the remote router running BGP?

yes, it is connected to ISP as the router managed by ISP only,

no the remote router not running BGP

i attached the config for the router.

Where is your CCM in the diagram? You said IP phones in remote site was able to call outside network(PSTN I assume), so I guess they successfully register with CCM?

One way audio normally caused by ACL, any acl under head office IP Phone subnet?
