Need to know IOS information to configure VSS

Hi Currently we are using two cisco 4500 series switches, and m confused that with below software and hardware information, Can I configure the VSS. 

Switch 1:

License Information for 'WS-X45-SUP7-E'
License Level: ipbase Type: Permanent
Next reboot license Level: ipbase

cat4500e-UNIVERSAL-M), Version 03.04.06.SG RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Switch 2:

License Information for 'WS-X45-SUP7-E'
License Level: ipbase Type: Permanent
Next reboot license Level: ipbase
