Hello,

Could you please share the below output:

- show platform

- show version

Regarding the issue, was the configuration lost when the SIP card was down or was it even when the SIP card came up.

Was the configuration saved before the SIP card reset?

Regards

Vinit

Thanks
--Vinit

show Platform when there was the issue

1- first attachment file

show Platform after reload the SIP card

2- second attachement

I want to know the root cause of this issue, in order to avoid it in futur. because the Equipment is on live and critical

Hello,

Both the files seems to be same. Could you please attach the files again. Also, please share the show log output.

Regards

Vinit

Thanks
