Ok I have routerA routerB
then at another site routerC and RouterD
All can communicate via a network 192.168.101.0 255.255.255.0 without any problem. Using tunnels to communicate back and forth.
RouterC can access 192.168.102.0 address but the Router D cannot.
Ip routes in place mirrioring the 101 network.
What could be stopping it?
thoughts?

resolved. Problem was with access-list and IP route.
There was no proper route defined to the tunnel address and then access lists where stopping it.
