My users complained that zoom connection not good when they use the WiFi, worse than mobile 4G. Do you have any idea to test the zoom connection?

Hello,
hard to say. What equipment are you using ? Is the WiFi also slow for other applications (e.g. Internet browsing) ? One thing your users could try is to disable HD video in Zoom (select 'Video settings in a meeting' - select the up arrow to the right of the video icon and check or uncheck the HD video option.).
