New Off-Site Location Routing

I work for a hospital that recently acquired a rural clinic off-site. We set them up with a fiber MetroE  connection back to our hospital. So now all of their outside traffic goes through us. They can access everything on our network with one exception. We have a remote hosted EMR application. From the rural clinic, you can not access this app, nor can you ping any of the ip's associated with that remote hosted app. I know it has to be a routing issue somewhere, but being a newby, I'm not sure where to even begin or look.

Here's how the clinic is routed to the hospital and outside...

Clinic

     Cisco 1841 Router to...

Hospital

     Cisco Catalyst 3560 core switch

     Cisco 5510 ASA

Thanks for any help!

It can be routing or it can be firewall rules. But it sounds like the problem is at the EMR app end as the remote clinic defaults all its routing thru the hospital. You need to work with the group managing the EMR app.

I have a ticket into tech support for the emr app. Thanks
