Hi;

As ur requirment is to connect outside network to ur network. so Somehow you need to connect them to ur network but dont want to give access all the network.

so you can NAT and allow only specific server and ports to be accessible from there network.

hi

not enough information about what you want to do !!!

so connect the new customer as you did for branch A!

(do you want to grant this customer access to the all network? are you using public network (VPN through internet, or a private network FR/...?)

please do clarify more

HTH

Yes, I am using Frame Relay, we want to access their intranet web server and also the database..

any idea?

TIA & Regards

hi

i think you have a dns problem, since you are able to ping the server but you can not resolve a domain name so from your internet explorer just put the address of the web server and you could see the web page .

(use the host file in your server or PC to set up the resolution of the domain name)

when you open the host file you will see an example of how to configure it. this solution is temporary until the complete resolution of your dns problem.

do rate if it does clarify

I am using IP address from my IE .. but it's still not working .. ;<(

Hi

do post the config of your router, if possible both routers may be over there some acls that are blocking traffic!!!
