Hello All,

I am advertising few subnet at DC router, have 2 EBGP peer (HUB router). These 2 hubs are further peering with carrier cloud (EBGP). I have another site which is using the same carrier.

Now when I see the BGP table at site location, subnet which are advertised at DC are learnt via one path (one hub). Its not coming through the other HUB.

Design attached, please suggest.

In addition to needing to configure maximum-paths, if you're router is dealing with different AS numbered peers, it will also need to use the hidden command bgp bestpath as-path multipath-relax.

Not working

In the past, it has for me.

To confirm, your config now has both maximum-path and the relax command, correct?

Everything else is equal, correct?

Hi

could you paste your config please?

are you modifying any attributes like local-pref, weight,...?

could you juste do a clear ip bgp of your neighbors if you can.

Thanks

Hi, That right both the routes have same characteristic except as-path.

Let me configure maximu-path and see the result.

Thanks

Not working :-)

I might be missing something here, but is AS65000 supposed to be sending you both and are they?
