Is there any limitation on number of SVI interfaces supported in 1941/1921 router ?

I would expect there is, but often such limits are way beyond what you normally need in practice (except in some very extreme cases).

Do you need more than a hundred or a thousand?

Looking at the url below, your SVIs just count as part of the tortal interface allowance the the IDB  (Interface Descriptor Block)

From TABLE 5 the 1900 range has a MAX of 1200 interfaces in total
