I was trying to setup a Nexus (5596 running NX-OS 5.1(3)N2(1)) to use the "ip ospf name-lookup"command that I am using on IOS-based routers. Unfortunately this command does not appear to be supported on NX-OS and I cannot find a replacement.
Is this another feature that's left out of NX-OS?

Thanks, Edison.
It's a bit disingenuous of them to report it as "Resolved" when it's still open for NX-OS on the N5K

Open a TAC case and ask to file for an enhancement, that's how N7K adopted it.

Hmm. It shows as "fixed" in NX-OS 6.2(0.157)S0 yet the most recent NX-OS for the 7k is 6.1(1) released August 10.
I call foul.

The feature is available however the command syntax is different. it is now under the ospf process & the syntax is name-lookup.
router ospf x
name-lookup
