In while logging to Iron port c170 the below application error message is returned.

Try restarting the device and trying again. If the problem persists, you may need to engage TAC. If this happened after a firmware upgrade, you may try reverting back to the previous software and re-applying the firmware upgrade.
use the 'revert' command at the CLI.

from the traceback it seems on first look reporting is having problems.
Do you have centralized reporting or local one? (for centralized reporting you would need SMA to forward reporting). One thing to know with ESA/WSA is after upgrade to be patient and allow it some time to re-build internal databases for reporting.
If problem persist for mroe than a day, please open a TAC case. If web gui and email operation are impacted and appliance is not usable, please open TAC case sooner. Do not forcefully (via button) reboot appliance, always use the reboot command, if CLI is unavailable, contact TAC rather than forecefully reboot, it will not make things better.
