Hi all,
I've got a 3845 and a 2821 and I need to add another WAN interface card on each router and wonder if this can be done live while the router is running. Has anyone done this before ?
Thanks in advance !!

Hi D,
The modules for the 3800 and 2800 series are not hot swapable.
Cisco 3800 series routers do not support OIR (hot swap) of interface cards inserted directly into router slots. You must turn off the router before installing or removing an interface card.
