Hi All,
I have to implement Any source multicast between multiple locations.Data center has Nexus 5596 as core, this is where Source servers are.
Data center and all remote locations have 2800 series routers on WAN, and branches have 3750 switches.
I want to know what are minimum requirements in terms of OS and licenses ( enterprise, ip base, etc) for the devices involved respectively.
Cisco 5596.
Cisco 3750
Cisco 2811/2851.
If someone can point to configuration example in cisco documentation it would be great.

Hello, I would suggest to start with http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/ipmulti/config_library/15-mt/imc-15-mt-library.html
It's not hard to implement basic multicast routing, but it might be much harder to troubleshoot it later (or upgrade to more complex design).
I believe 2811/2851 supports multicast in Basic license, the same as 3750 (ip base), but I'm not sure about 5596.
