I am looking for documentation on configuring OSPF over vPC links across multiple Nexus switches running NXOS. Is it possible and/or recommended?

As long as you configure the peer-gateway and layer3 peer-router under the vpc domain ID it will work....

Yes, I think if you have 2x /30 p2p subnets (for each vpc peer member), then it looks like it is not working, but if you have a single vlan /29, then it will work.
I see ospf adjacencies established when using 2x /30s, but when simulating failures and recovery of the vpc peers, some traffic is dropped. I think it is due to the ttl being decremented when crossing the vpc peer link.
