Just out of the box, consoled in, powered up..and nothing. Sys led blinks and that's it. None of the Sys PWR leds light up. Are my power supplies dead?

Thanks..prerequisites are in place. Sys LED just blinks. I've left router on for over an hour and no other LEDs show any activity.

Do you see something on the console.Does it give some output at all.
