I had very similar symptoms where routers would report sync lost and sync to server. I opened a case with Cisco TAC about it but was not able to identify the cause. I upgraded the IOS to a new version and this symptom stopped. What version of IOS are you running when you see this?

Iam using a 12.3 version. Is there no other alternative to these errors?

I would suggest that you try a later version of 12.3 (that solved it for me) or you might consider opening a case with Cisco TAC on this issue and see what they suggest.

What model of router is this and what version of IOS is it running?

Are you getting any indication of issues with NTP? If you periodically issue the show ntp status command, does it show that the NTP peer is in sync or does it indicate any issue?

As I have said in previous posts in this thread I have seen log messages about this periodically lling peer information when there is no real problem with NTP.  My suggestion would be to upgrade to a different version of code and see if the log messages change.
