PBR with Object tracking on 1841

Hi,

Trying to setup the above, checked Feature Navigator and advanced IP services states it is supported - grabbed c1841-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T4.bin, but it is missing the "rtr" command?

(config)#track 123 ?
  application  Application
interface    Select an interface to track
  ip           IP protocol
list         Group objects in a list
  stub-object  Stub tracking object

Feature Navigoator incorrect?

Thanks in advance.

Can anyone explain why the 2 latest versions have this feature missing - Is it simply an IOS bug(i.e. they forgot to include it?)
