We've upgrade a 7206VXR from Version 12.3(14)T7 IP PLUS Feature Set to 15.2-4.M5 SP Services. Since the upgrade we're no longer getting policy maps applied to the Virtual access interfaces. The policy is applied via a "cisco-avpair="ip:sub-policy-Out=parent" via radius upon the sessions authentication.
The policy configurtion is as follows
policy-map parent
class class-default
shape average percent 100
service-policy child
policy-map child
class policyclass
bandwidth percent 50
class class-default
class-map match-any policyclass
description match packets dscp marked af21
match access-group name name
Any thoughts?

Apply the config on virtual-template.

Unfortunalty we're using Radius as we don't want the Policy applied to all users. This is a specific requirement for one of our customers.
