Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. sh version; and
2. sh post

Kindly find the txt file contains the result of commands

2960X with 15.0(2a)EX5. Right, so if you move this device to a different port does it work or not?

I used any ports on the switch , it is working

and some ports are not working

Try upgrading the firmware first.

Hi

What is the device model?

2960 series

Hello,

make sure that 'power inline never' is not configured on the ports that are not working. You can also try to set the power consumption manually:

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/12

power inline consumption 7000

In addition, post the output of:

debug ilpower port

debug ilpower powerman

kindly find the attached  results

Port 34 is not working POE

Post the complete output to the command "sh interface Gi1/0/34 controll".

Kindly find the attached result as you request

If it works on any other port, port 34 could be faulty. You might want to contact TAC and organize an RMA.
