port hanging problem on router

Hi friends

This is Satwinder. I am facing a unique problem in my layer 2 switched network.

We have configured in Vlan.

The problem is that the after a particular interval of time....the data traffice is getting decreased on port and ultimately stops data transfer.

After shutting /no shutting traffice starts again.

We have configured the port to control broadcast...

The configuration is on router of this port is

interface FastEthernet0/1/4

switchport access vlan 11

switchport protected

load-interval 30

storm-control broadcast level 90.00

storm-control action shutdown

Pls help.....

Remove the storm-control command from the interface  or increse the threshold level

The storm control action occurs when traffic utilization reaches this level and the port will shutdown as per your config
