We are in plan of setting up a couple of servers inside our data center and the same could be accessed from internet. We have one ISP connection(Internet Lease line) and a public IP pool too.Now looking for a backup ISP(ADSL).How can i configure the second ISP with out purchasing a public Ip pool.
Note-ISP terminated on Cisco2901 router , then it goes to ASA5520 firewall and LAN.

Note that the "backup" circuit will only provide protection for "outbound" initiated traffic, not for inbound traffic - such as users on the Internet trying to access servers at your site.
If you can accept that, then you can plug the circuit into either your 2901 or ASA. It would go for the 2901 as it is a lot more flexible than an older 5520.
