1) which DSCP marking to use for ex90s(HD video)?
2) as a test we are planning do to deploy ex90 at few of locations. at location 1 we will do DSCP EF marking while at the other location we will do DSCP AF41 for video.
LOC1--(DSCP EF)----------------(WAN cloud)-------------------(DSCP AF41)--LOC2
assume, LOC1 calls LOC2::
so, when video traffic from LOC1 arrives to LOC2 will it be marked as EF? and when traffic from LOC2 arrives LOC1 then traffic will be marked as AF41? if yes, then will there be any issue sometimes in case if we run out of bandwidth for EF?

Traffic will not be automatically marked. It's done by humans controlling those routers .
So it depends of the inbound QoS policy setup on the external interface in EACH location.

Hi gavin,
looking at your setup
LOC1--(DSCP EF)----------------(WAN cloud)-------------------(DSCP AF41)--LOC2
For QoS to work properly it has to be set up end to end. You routers/switches at both locations need to be configured for QoS. Also, you need to buy QoS from your service provider as well. SP's have different levels of marking that they provide to customers. you can buy what fits you.
If you want to mapt EF to AF41 then you need to work through the dscp qos maps on the devices.
