QoS tagging

Hi all,

    I am curious how can to tag Video/Voice traffic for the following scenario.

     1) Softphone on a computer

     2) Ipad via wifi (watching a video presentation for example)

1. extended acl's if you use a voip server. if source(pc lan subnet) and destination(your voip routing server-subscriber or publisher)) then QoS that traffic.

2. all ipad traffic or just the specific one?

I mean only when there's video/voice traffic. How would you differentiate the traffic from an Ipad when there's normal data mixed with voice/video traffic.
