Hi Ahmed

technically the interface-bandwidth is allocated to you by a service provider with 1.5

so the main interface logical pipe is 1.5

by using cisco QoS policies you can shape/police each sub interface to certain amount of bandwidth to be aligned with each remote site

for example main site 1.5

and remote site each 512

then you can shape each sub interface to use max of 512 with some burst when applicable

hope this help

Physical bandwidth is your 1.5 Mbps shared.  So unless you shape or police the subinterfaces, and one subinterface might have the full 1.5 Mbps or might have less than 500 Kbps (the latter depending on how fairly or not all 3 subinterfaces share the 1.5 Mbps).

If you wondering how to set the logical bandwidth, doesn't matter much unless the remotes have different bandwidth available.  Since each subinterface can utilize up to the full 1.5 Mbps, normally would suggest setting each logical bandwidth to 1.5 Mbps so if the subinterface is being monitored, you can accurately measure bandwidth usage. You would also set the main interface's bandwidth to 1.5 Mbps.
