Processor board ID FDO2307A2Y7
Router operating mode: Autonomous
2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
4 Voice FXO interfaces

here is the datasheet right side last one show the model of your router what RAM you need :
here is the video 2 parts replace the RAM, this is model of 4331 but should be the same(or near by).

hi,
it seems you're running voice on the router (FXO)
you can use the show inventory to check for the RAM installed (PVDM4-32 by default).
you can upgrade/replace the RAM by opening the router chassis. see helpful link below:
http://wannabelab.blogspot.com/2017/01/installing-pvdm4-64-and-nim-2fxs-on.html
it's for a 4331 PVDM4-64 but it shares the same architecture for a 4321 ISR. it only has 1x PVDM slot.

You need single Module DIMM and if you can purchased SSD will be good for your requirement.

here is the document : covers both DIMM and FLASH (if you like to increase and have free Slot)
