- Use latest advisory software on your ASR : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284932298/type/282046477/release/Cupertino-17.9.5a
check if that helps!

This is what we have and it didn't help
show version | include IOS

- 17.6.7 , is the latest not the latest advisory , you either have the option of trying 17.9.5a (too) , or since you are working
with recent releases engage Cisco TAC ,

do you have any suggestions for a stable release?
The router will do just routing and CGNAT for 2000 users

The issue started with 17.9.5a and I changed it to 17.6.7 to check if it helps
it looks like both versions have the same issue

- Then your only option is Cisco support = TAC ,
