ROMMON Update fails from 16.7 to 16.12 at ISR4351/K9

Hi Community.

This is my first time with a Cisco Product, and we are just running into a Problem. We would like to flash a Firmware to the ISR 4351/K9 Router. It starts, but after the procedure is finished and we use the reload, after booting, the old Firmware is still displayed. Here are the details of the upgrade Procedure:

We are confused about that it will switch to ROM1, because the Router has only one BIOS, and that is R0.

Hopefully, there is anyone of you Guys, is able to help me.

Thanks

Andreas

Hi Balaji Bandi.

I have startet the Update using 'upgrade', but it allways results in that only ROM1 will be upgraded, and ROM0 keeps the old Version of the ROM.

Best Regards,

Andreas
