Route looping issue.

Dear all,

Attached is the file of config where i am facing the routing loop issue when i do the bgp neighbor ship 'shut and no shut' on DCP router. my trace route to 1.1.1.1 (loopback address of BRANCH router) from the DCS router will get loop.

My Network requirement are as below:

1. I am running EIGRP between DCP and DCS router.

2. BGP routing protocol is running between CE to PE.

3. I have applied local preference on TCL1 router e.g. local preference 200 is set for DCP orignate network and 100 is for DCS orginate network,

4. attached diagram is made for active active mode.

kindly rectify the issue if i am doing any wrong thing...

Hello Peter,

Please find the attached file of my final LAB where I have made the entire LAB of my organization. This is the exact configuration of ISP and my organization including local preference and SOO. However the command which is told by you, it’s not working on my current IOS so I have applied the same on different ways. Still the issue is happening.

I can not apply two route map for one neighbor in same direction.

Below are the things which are happening on my live network.

1. ISP has set the local preference for each of the link.
   
2. SOO has been set to loop prevention.
   
3. My DC and DR ips are communicating through the Point to Point link on eigrp.
   

I am applying the same lab on GNS3 as we are implementing two more service provide on BGP routing protocol. You know, during the our implementation of the BGP we are getting a lot of issues and this is the reason that I implementing the same LAB on the GNS3.

If my this LAB configure successfully than I can go ahead with the other configuration.
