route-map & ip sla monitor commands not working on 1841 router

Hey guys

There are no commands like route-map & ip sla monitor on my cisco 1841 router, its ios version is 12.4(T1).

I have to configure load balancing and failover on this router but without these commands i cant do that.

Please help.

sounds like you are running the wrong feature set, go to

http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/

and then to "search software"  possibly run advanced IP services (which does support IP SLA). You might be running IP base at the moment, which doesnt support these features

Thanks for your reply & its really helpfull, I searched for software and found IOS version which support IP SLA, but for ROUTE-MAP ehich feature i should search.

Okay searched for you.

For Route Maps and IP Sla use need to have Advanced Services license installed on your device.

Example:

Software 12.4(4)T2 + Advanced  services license. will do.
