Router as a NTP server but point to external NTP clock

Append is my version of IOS currently running on a Cisco 7507, How is it possible or what command line should I be configure to ensure the NTP time is pointed to a external intenet NTP clock, Thanks

configure:

ntp server x.x.x.x

This will tell the router to go to external server x.x.x.x to get NTP time. Make sure that the router has a route to x.x.x.x
