Router Configuration in Packet Tracer

Hello,

I am very new to networking and Packet tracer, so this issue may be very obvious. But some help would be appreciated! 
I am attempting to allow PC-A and PC-C to ping each other. However, I continue to get 'Destination host is unavailable'. 
From PC-A I am able to successfully ping R1, and from PC-B I am able to successfully ping R3. So I think there is something wrong in my configuration of R2, or I have missed a step all together.

Check routing table of each router. Check if all subnets are routed as expected.
