If the router crashed, then there should be a crashinfo file(s).  Post the latest three.

Another thing, your IOS is pretty ancient.  Be prepared.  The recommandation may be as easy as upgrading a more recent IOS which supports your router's DRAM capacity.

Upgrade RAM to maxium and IOS to latest. Both are very easy procedures.

In the same train the IOS is latest , i have IP telephony CME 7.1 what can be the version after this i can upgrade without a license

Thanks

I'm not a Cisco staff, but judging from the crashinfo file of 04 May 2013, you're hitting a memory allocation issues whereby the router does not know how to return un-used memory back into the pool.

Hello,

How to read a crashinfo??

In crashinfo where are you reading this??

What i saw is the below:

There is no much point in trying to read out this stuff. As suggested above, update IOS.

Dears

Just need an expert confirmation before proceding.

I am running telephony version 7.1, I am planning to go with 15.0(1) M10.which is last version for 7.1 becz 8.X requires more DRAM and flash which my router is not capable.

Look for the IOS based on the amount of DRAM and CF file size.

When you've made your choice, read through the Release Documents so you can determine if it will support the CUCM code that you'll be running.

Upgrade RAM to maxium and IOS to latest. Both are very easy procedures.

Dear's

Thank you very much for replying my post,

Paolo,

The router is crashing and customer is facing downtime, customer wants an immediate/temporary solution  till we upgrade the DRAM

leo,

It is CME and not the CUCM, Just need the confirmation from you experts, I am following the below link.
