Router IOS

i have made a big blunder.....i had a new version of IOS for 2500......i changed the router config reg in to 0x2101 and then in boot mood i put tyhe command erase flash......now there is no file in flash memory.....and i have new version of ios with me but can some one told me how to upload it.......plz help me...thanks in advance
