Thanks for the suggestions Devang, in our setup we have 3700 that handles IVR, but what i was looking at is a router to do load balancing of a number of WAN links, sorry should have been more specific. I'll attach a document which should more clearly specify my needs; i've found manuals but none of them so far seem applicable to our current needs. the document was drafted in visio
