router ospf not working in cisco 1721 router

Hi All,

I am going to configure ospf on cisco 1721 router but when I give command

conf t

router ospf 116

it does not show (config-router)

I am attachning sh run and sh version herewith attachment

I have looked at the config that you posted and I notice that both of the physical interfaces are shut down. When you attempt to configure OSPF it attempts to establish its Router ID using an IP address from one of the interfaces. But with the interfaces shut down it can not allocate its RID and that causes the process to not start and not show up in show run. I suggest that you no shut one or both of the interfaces and then try OSPF again.
