We will be adding three locations to a MPLS connection. These are remote locations without a lot of traffic and wanted to know if something like the Cisco 1941/K9 would be sufficient? The three sites will be getting 20Mbps connectivity.

For about 20M 1941 is more than enough

I also have a 1921 ISR would that be the same as the 1941? The 1921 ISR will be getting a 100Mbps connection to a 2911 ISR. The reason I am asking is because I didn't see the 1921 on the PDF.

You can check it's data sheet bout for 20m I would say it won't be a problem Unless you need high level of encryption on top of that in this case you need to be careful

Yes, I have 1941 at one of my site in Germany and it handling 30 MB link and another 4 MB internet link.
