Routing of Same IP Devices via SG350-28SFP

Hi,

I have 16 devices that are configured with same IP that I can not change. Now I want to interface a PC terminal via a CISCO network switch SG350-28SFP. A snapshot is also attached for reference. Can some one please guide me the procedure to this.

My guess is this is a training assignment? the design is wrong, wrong, wrong!

first choice is : search harder for a way to change the ip-address.

a small possibility may be to add static ARP entries in the SG350 for each devices MAC-address attached to a fictional IP-address

then reference the device by this fictional ip-address

Hi,

I know design is wrong. But this is a practical challenge we have to overcome. These 16 devices are remote and locked for editing. So IP change is out of question. We have to find a way to interface all of these devices via a router/gateway as shown in architecture. If SG350 can't do this, can you refer any other product?
