Scheduling a CLI command to be implemented automatically - Is it possible?

Hello,

Is it possible to schedule to have a router automatically remove a CLI command and add another one its place at a specific date and time?  Router platform is Cisco 871.

I need to have an access-list ACE to be removed and another one put in its place.  I need this to occur in the early morning but would prefer the router do it if it can be scheduled to do so automatically at a specific date and time.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance,

Adil

All,

More info regarding my question....

To be clear, I need the entry to be created only one time at a specific time.  Any additional help on the CLI for scheduling for a specific time (Sunday, May 19 @ 07:00am EDT) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Adil

Here is an example of the commands which I need to be executed on the 871 router.  IP addresses have been disguised to protect the innocent (LOL).

no ip nat inside source static 10.10.10.9 192.168.10.10

ip nat inside source static 10.10.10.4 192.168.10.10

I need this command executed on Sunday, May 19 at 7:00am local time (EDT).

Thanks,

Adil

P.S.  In my earlier post, I misspoke when I mentioned they were ACL's.  They are NAT commands.

Paolo,

These are nat statements so time-based ACL will not help.  Can you provide an example of the EEM script to create for this use?

Adil

Then you will need an EEM script, or find a way to obtain the same result using time-based ACL.

Hello
Sounds like eem script is needed

can you post additional information about what excactly you wisht o implement
